Planned as one complete passenger environment

Ertex begins with the vehicle, its passengers and the way it will be used. Cabin architecture, comfort, technology, materials and technical requirements are then developed as one coordinated project.

1. Define the use

Passenger count, journey type, driver arrangement, luggage, privacy and destination market are reviewed first.

2. Shape the cabin

Seating, sight lines, circulation, work surfaces, storage and service access are planned around real use.

3. Select every detail

Leather, wood, textiles, lighting, climate, audio, displays and passenger controls are specified together.

4. Engineer and verify

Mass, electrical load, ventilation, mounting, serviceability and the applicable approval route are considered before completion.

Ertex designs the V-Class around how you travel, presents the cabin concept best suited to you, and decides every detail together with you.

How does Ertex design a VIP Mercedes V-Class?

Ertex begins with your intended use rather than a fixed equipment list. Passenger count, family or executive travel, journey length, work requirements, privacy, storage and service access are considered together.

Ertex then presents the design direction best suited to you. Seating, ergonomics, materials, lighting, technology and every practical detail are decided together so the vehicle feels considered from the moment you enter it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Mercedes V-Class interior design questions

Which vehicle should I choose: Mercedes Vito, V-Class or VLE?

Choose according to how the vehicle will be used. Vito is the flexible multi-purpose option, V-Class starts from a more premium passenger specification, and VLE is the fully electric Grand Limousine. Ertex compares passenger count, luggage, destination and travel pattern before proposing the platform.

Does Ertex install folding seats?

No. Ertex only plans seating around secure, approved mounting points. Folding systems that do not satisfy the required Mercedes-Benz safety and homologation criteria are not used.

Can the original Vito or V-Class roof be cut and raised?

No. Cutting and lifting the original roof is not approved by Mercedes-Benz and does not meet the required safety and homologation route, so Ertex does not perform this modification.

Should I choose a long or extra-long Mercedes Vito or V-Class?

Both lengths can be designed. Extra-long is usually the better starting point when rear legroom and luggage capacity are priorities; the final recommendation still depends on passenger count and daily use.

What is a Mercedes V-Class VIP interior design?

It is a complete cabin concept tailored to the intended journeys. Ertex develops seating, ergonomics, privacy, materials, technology and practical functions as one coherent V-Class project.

How is a Mercedes V-Class interior personalized?

Personalisation begins with use: family travel, chauffeur-driven journeys, business or mixed use. Ertex then presents a design direction and agrees colours, materials, seating and technology with the client.

Can a Luxury V-Class be designed for family, executive or mobile-office use?

Yes. The same platform can be configured for family comfort, executive privacy or mobile work by adjusting the layout, storage, work surfaces, passenger controls and entertainment systems.

What is the difference between a Mercedes V-Class and a Vito?

V-Class is a premium passenger vehicle from the factory, whereas Vito is available in passenger and commercial configurations. Ertex checks the precise base specification before defining the appropriate interior project.

Does the Mercedes V-Class have a Maybach model?

No factory Mercedes-Maybach V-Class exists. Ertex creates an independent bespoke VIP interior for the V-Class; it remains an Ertex design and production project.
