Bespoke VVIP buses for representation, work and private travel

Ertex develops high-capacity mobile environments around the delegation, mission, meeting and hospitality brief.

Official protocol bus

Passenger zones, service functions and communications are planned for institutional use.

Luxury delegation coach

Seating capacity, circulation, privacy and hospitality are coordinated together.

One-off engineering

Structure, power, climate, media and handcrafted finishing are developed as one vehicle.

Bespoke mobile environments that bring representation, work, meetings and private rest together in one individually designed vehicle.

More than a vehicle: a mobile space for representation, work and life.

Ertex VIP bus projects are developed around travel patterns, delegation structure, protocol flow, working style and privacy requirements. Meeting rooms, private lounges, service facilities, rest areas and technical infrastructure are planned together as one bespoke architectural environment.

Completed-project photography is protected by confidentiality agreements.

Vehicles at this level are developed individually for heads of state, senior protocol delegations and private clients. For that reason, photographs of completed vehicles cannot be published under our confidentiality agreements.

The visuals on this page are bespoke concept renders created to demonstrate our design approach and layout possibilities. Every project is redesigned around the client’s use case, security requirements and technical platform.

Every protocol function, resolved within one cabin.

Representation and meetings

Independent, organised and controlled spaces for official meetings, delegations and hospitality.

Private lounge and work

Executive seating, work surfaces, displays, communications and rest arrangements are shaped around the principal user.

Living and service facilities

Washroom, preparation, storage and climate systems are planned for uninterrupted use on extended journeys.

Plans shaped around the mission.

Each study shows how the same vehicle volume can support a different balance of representation, meetings, rest and service.

About bespoke VIP buses.

Why are photographs of completed vehicles not published?

These projects are developed for heads of state, senior protocol delegations and private clients, so photography of completed vehicles is protected by confidentiality agreements. The visuals on this page are concept renders created to demonstrate the possibilities.

How does a VIP bus project begin?

The process begins by defining the intended use, passenger and delegation structure, journey duration, privacy, meeting and service requirements. The appropriate platform, layout alternatives and technical scope are then developed together.

Can the illustrated layouts be completely changed?

Yes. The renders illustrate a design approach only. Seating, lounges, conference areas, private suites, washrooms, service facilities, materials and technologies are redesigned for each project.

Are security-system details disclosed?

Security requirements are evaluated within the project. Sensitive technical details are shared only with authorised project parties under the required confidentiality conditions.

How is the design approved?

Layout drawings, material selections and project renders are reviewed together. The approved design then proceeds to engineering, production and quality-control stages.
