Mercedes-Benz platform · Mercedes-Benz Vito
Ertex begins with the vehicle, its passengers and the way it will be used. Cabin architecture, comfort, technology, materials and technical requirements are then developed as one coordinated project.
Passenger count, journey type, driver arrangement, luggage, privacy and destination market are reviewed first.
Seating, sight lines, circulation, work surfaces, storage and service access are planned around real use.
Leather, wood, textiles, lighting, climate, audio, displays and passenger controls are specified together.
Mass, electrical load, ventilation, mounting, serviceability and the applicable approval route are considered before completion.
Ertex · Bespoke by Ertex
Ertex plans each custom Vito interior around the exact base vehicle and intended use, balancing executive seating, luggage, privacy, storage and cabin technology.
Comfort, passenger controls and material choices are developed around the exact base vehicle.
Privacy, work surfaces, power, lighting and storage support executive, family and mobile-office use.
Passenger count, luggage, access and integrated media are considered before the layout is approved.
Ertex designs the Mercedes Vito around your intended use and presents the most suitable cabin concept for family, executive or multi-purpose travel.
The project begins with how you will use the vehicle. Passenger count, family or executive travel, journey length, working needs, privacy and storage are considered together with the exact base vehicle.
Ertex presents the design approach best suited to you, then seating, materials, technology and every practical detail are decided together. The result is not a list of added features, but a coherent cabin shaped around your daily use.
Power executive seats, ergonomics and sight-line planning
Privacy partition, curtains and acoustic treatment
Executive mobile-office and meeting functions
Display, audio, ambient lighting and starlight headliner options
Nappa leather, bespoke veneers, wood and metal detailing
Refrigeration, storage and serviceable technical compartments
“Vito to V-Class conversion” is a common search phrase, but the feasible work depends on the vehicle specification, regulation and compatibility with original systems. Exterior parts, seating and electronic functions cannot be assumed to fit every vehicle. A technical feasibility review is required before a scope is agreed.
A Luxury Vito can be developed for private family journeys, chauffeur-driven executive travel, hotel and airport VIP shuttle use, or a compact mobile office. Each layout is shaped with you around the intended use. For a premium passenger platform, compare the Mercedes V-Class ; for a larger lounge, explore the Luxury Sprinter.
Tell us how you want to use the vehicle. Ertex will present a suitable design direction, and we will decide the cabin details together.
Choose according to how the vehicle will be used. Vito is the flexible multi-purpose option, V-Class starts from a more premium passenger specification, and VLE is the fully electric Grand Limousine. Ertex compares passenger count, luggage, destination and travel pattern before proposing the platform.
No. Ertex only plans seating around secure, approved mounting points. Folding systems that do not satisfy the required Mercedes-Benz safety and homologation criteria are not used.
No. Cutting and lifting the original roof is not approved by Mercedes-Benz and does not meet the required safety and homologation route, so Ertex does not perform this modification.
Both lengths can be designed. Extra-long is usually the better starting point when rear legroom and luggage capacity are priorities; the final recommendation still depends on passenger count and daily use.
It is a passenger-cabin project created around the owner's actual needs. Ertex defines the seating, comfort, privacy, materials, storage and technology together rather than applying a fixed equipment package.
No. Vito and V-Class have different factory specifications. Ertex evaluates the exact base vehicle and builds a suitable VIP interior without describing the result as a factory V-Class.
Yes. When technically suitable, the cabin can combine work surfaces, connectivity, charging, privacy, lighting and storage in a layout planned for work on the move.
The usual delivery window is about 15–45 days after the scope is agreed, with the exact schedule determined by the selected equipment and production requirements. Ertex products have completed the required homologation tests.
No factory Mercedes-Maybach Vito is offered by Mercedes-Benz. A Vito completed by Ertex is an independently designed and produced bespoke VIP interior, not a factory Maybach derivative.
