How a commission works
From first conversation
to the keys in your hand.
Every Ertex project runs the same way, whether the vehicle is already yours or we source it for you. Here is what happens, in what order, and what we need from you at each point.
Starting point
Three ways a project begins
Where you enter the process changes the first step, not the standard of what follows.
You already have the vehicle
Send us the vehicle and we design around its exact specification. The feasibility review comes first, so you know what the chassis allows before any commitment.
Choose from stock
Take one of the vehicles already in build or in the showroom and have it tailored to your requirements — the fastest route to delivery.
We source it for you
We procure the base vehicle from Mercedes-Benz on your behalf, in the specification the project needs, and it comes to us directly.
Stage one
Design, decided together
We work through how the vehicle will be used before we discuss what goes in it: who travels, how far, what has to stay private, what has to be reachable. From that we present a design direction rather than a menu.
Seating, materials, lighting, technology and every practical detail are then settled with you, and the vehicle is measured and modelled so that what is agreed is what can actually be built. You approve the design before anything is cut.
Stage two
Production at the Ankara facility
The vehicle enters the workshop and around eighty percent of the interior is produced in-house — machined from approved data, upholstered by hand, and assembled by the teams that made the parts.
Electronics are tested before they go into the cabin, structural components follow their technical drawings, and quality records are kept as the build progresses rather than reconstructed at the end.
Stage three
Homologation, then delivery
The completed vehicle goes through the homologation testing applicable to its conversion, so it can be registered and used legally in its destination market. Most projects are delivered within fifteen to forty-five days, depending on specification.
Collection can be from any of our showrooms, or the vehicle can be delivered to you — we handle international delivery as a matter of routine.
Where to meet us
Four showrooms, one standard
Configuration is easier in person, with the materials in your hands and a finished vehicle to sit in.
